Recently Tom Rosenthal gave me the fun task of writing a song for his wonderfully deep yet quirky podcast “strangers on a bench”.
This podcast episode was a funny and soul searching conversation with a Bristolian author. It was so full of anecdotes from travelling to Fiji, finding freedom in the local hills, emotional insights and life lessons, that writing the song for the end of the episode was made easy!
In the end I called it “read it back aloud”, as one of my favourite parts of the episode touched on how this author was currently reading back his memories aloud at home and reliving them.
